Melbourne is renowned as the sporting capital of the World and it is fitting that Challenge Melbourne is the first long-course triathlon to be held in the inner city suburb of St Kilda!
Challenge Melbourne is a long course triathlon (1.9/90/21.1) held at St.Kilda, featuring a bay swim and fast bike and run legs along Beach Road and the St.Kildan foreshore.
Challenge Melbourne consists of a 1 lap bay swim, a 3 lap cycle course along Beach Road (mainly flat with a few minor undulations) and a 2 lap run overlooking Port Phillip Bay.
The course is ideal for interstate or international competitors, being easy to get to and plenty of accommodation within short proximity.
Enjoy a scenic, fast course with views across the bay and towards the city.
