IRONMAN 70.3 St Kilda is a centrally located, spectator-friendly, and super quick course, with a 1.9-km one-lap swim in Port Phillip Bay. Athletes will then complete a 90-km, two-lap, fully closed bike course along iconic Beach Road, finishing at the Catani Gardens in St Kilda after two-laps, 21.1-km run with coastal and magnificent Melbourne skyline views. Run around Port Phillip Bay, past the iconic St Kilda Beach, and enjoy one of the most picturesque parts of Melbourne.

The event offers athletes a chance to race the new and improved course. The IRONMAN 70.3 Melbourne swim course is a new, 1.9km one-loop course in the protected waters of Port Phillip Bay, starting and finishing in front of the St. Kilda Sea Baths with a rolling start under the iconic St Kilda Pier. Athletes swim beneath the pier, with the swim exit located at Catani Gardens, leading to a short run into the transition area. Celebrate (and carbo load) after the event, beachfront at Republica, Beachcomber Cafe and Captain Baxter at St Kilda Sea Baths.
